Just picked up some Digital calipers and wanted to know what is the best way to read both male and female body fat %?
I tried it on myself and the instruction said to pinch your chest , abdominal and thigh. When I had it professional done they pinched my calves, triceps, and my love handle.
Whats the best way and how Accurate is this divice.
