As an ex-football player I can gain weight pretty easily, but loosing only fat is a challenge. I am about 275lbs, still very strong but trying to focus on reducing bf%. I was down to 217 lbs 2 years ago, but I was very weak. I am working out every morning with 35 - 40 min. cardio each day. Sometimes during the day I get headaches b/c I'm so hungry.

Is there a good online diet resource? I am looking for something that will tell me exactly what to buy each week and what to eat for each meal based on goals.

Are there any suggestions?

What is a good breakfast for losing weight, but not wanting to be hungry in about 2 hours?

I am cutting weight right now and this is what I am doing. For breakfest, I eat one to two whol eggs, and four to six egg whites (Anywhere from six to eight eggs). I scramble them up with some turkey.

Next, I drink a protein shake (1 scoop low-carb, sugar free protein powder), 14-16 ounces of lite soy milk. Sometimes I will add 1/2 a cup of oates and/or a tblespoon of all natural peanut butter. Shake it all together and drink.

My next meal is solid food. I usually eat a salad, some veggies (Broc or other low carb veggies) and some protein. I will eat three or four chicken breasts, a can or two of tuna (I mix in an egg or two, a little relish and some fat free miracle whip), or a big steak, or two or three turkey burgers (without the bun, or sometimes, I will eat one bun). If I am really hungry, I will also eeat some low-fat cottege cheese w/blueberrys in it or pomagrant mixed in.

After working out in the gym, I will drink another protein shake like the first one. I usually do not have oates in this protein shake.

Things I bring to snack on if I get hungry through out the day are hard bolied eggs, turkey baccon, low-carb protein bars, celery sticks, almonds. It all depends.

I don't know if you're taking any supps, but if you are not, I would reccomend the Lipostack from AGX Sports. Also, I workout before work each day at 6:00am. I usually do 30 min. of high rep weights follwed by 35 - 40 min of cardio each day.

What should I eat before working out, so I don't feel sick but I am loosing bf???
