Diet on OFF days?

JKurz1

For example, many will prob. not train tomorrow given the holiday....so how does your diet change? All out pig fest, lower carbs? Free day? Thoughts?

On an off day I like to have something I don't normall y have as part of my daily meal plan.....like a burger with fries, for example or dessert when I normally skip it....

You do this everyday you dont train?

No - I plan a cheat day/meal but the cheat meal or day doesn't necessarily occur on a day I don't train.....

I keep my calories up, the only thing I change of course is no pwo drink. Protein synthesis is elevated for up to 24-36 hrs., and chances are you will be working out again before this time is up. Therefore, for recovery purposes, it only makes sense to stay hypercaloric.

YOU OFF tomorrow too bro? I just feel weird eating so damn much and doing nothing but chilln by the pool, maybe I'll go for a bike ride.

I stick to the "ideal" but the diet definitely changes...

We took a group of kids to Six Flags in Arlington...almost impossible to eat right...couldnt leave the teenagers unattended.

But I found turkey legs...I noshed on them instead of something full simple carbs.
