Its been a long time sence ive cut... The last time i did it, i lost quite a bit of muscle... I didnt really know what i was doing and made a few mistakes... this time i want to do it right. Anyone care on sharing what diet would work the best for me and how i should change my workout to help maintain as much as I can? and what supps should i be taking.
