i need some diet help i am running a 10 Week Sus 500mg a week cycle
i am taking about 3000 to 3500 cals a week (healthy cals) (high protein)
is this enough cals or do i need more?
any supplements that could help to get the most gains from my cycle?
note-
this is my 1st cycle
weight is- 192lbs (was 187 when i started)
height- 5ft 11inchs
i am in my 4th week of the cycle
