Hi people,
I've decided that i want to cut up and lose weight first rather than build muscle. I'm finding it difficult to achieve both goals concurrently and therefore have decided between one.
Now, because I'm a university student I tend to miss brekkie from time to time. I have my usual whey shake of course.
If I do have cereal it will be Kellogs Fruit n Fibre or something like that.
Is this ok?
For lunch and main meal i tend to have chicken breast pieces from the local restaurant which ar grilled and am sure must contain a high protein count.
However, I'm thinking of embarking on drinking at least a litre of milk a day. Now, Is this going to be bad cutting wise?
Also, my eating pattern varies day to day and i don't tend to stick to a fixed routine. I get really hungry and tend to munch on anything i can find.
I am thinking of just eating Tuna Sandwiches, Chicken, Fish, and rice. I won't be able to drastically alter my diet without crashing. Therefore, I am going to introduce changes slowly.
Can you people give me general tips etc, that will help.
Thanks
