hey everyone...i'm gonna try out the 5x5 routine that has been talked about so much here recently and sounds like it's effective...but i was curious...WHAT should i eat and how many times a day should i eat? and how much water should i be drinking (extra? sorry im not too good at the whole food science thing ) if possible are there any diets i can stick to WITHOUT alot of veggies? because i only like a few kinds of veggies...so it would be hard to be on alot of veggies...meat i can eat tons of so go ahead with any meat diets you have
