Hello everybody
First off,I use to research via internet all kind of stuff and informations but I never posted on forums about this.
I know it could seem unfair to come here and ask but if someone can help i'll be grateful.
I am 200 lbs and 6.2 and i need to bulk,i'm newbie in the diet "creation" so i need help.I need a 5k(or more?) calories diet and i need your help.
How many protein / gainer powders is it correct to have it in your diet?i mean is it wrong to have 4 protein shakes instead of 4 meals / 8 total meals a day?
i know i should have 1 g protein / lb but how are the easiest ways to get proteins and 5k cals too each day?it's a lot of food,i use to eat a lot but i admit i have no diet written down,i just eat a lot and when i can..
Also how much time must pass between meals?
I need some expert's guide if anyone can,or some links with examples of diets because all i found were strictly personally(asit should be)...i must clear my doubts i feel i am eating in a chaotic way and i need to organize myself up,but first i had to ask you guys..so ..Ty from now and i hope my english didn't hurt your eyes xD:Chef:

Dude first of all you have to check what is your maintaining calories
you can check through calorie cal .. search on google
after that you can add up 10 % 20 % more calories in that.. you dont need 5000 calories
taking more than 20 % will increase you weight fast but you will get fat and you need to rid of it later , more fat = more time in cutting session

And in protein part you dont need to take suppliment you can complete your protein thru eggs , yogurt , lentils , soy , chicken etc
if you cant eat that much stuff you can have protein powder according to your need
Spread you meals in 6 equal ... and make diet plan ( Protein : Carbs : Fats - 40 : 40 : 20 )

lift heavy weights with intensity and dont forget to drink lot of water

Depending on your genetics, you can try a high protein diet, 50% protein/25% carbs/25% fat, with a weekly refeed and pre/post workout high protein boost.

Good luck getting 5K cals a day man. I bulk with 4K and can hardly manage to get that, often falling short. You need more solid foods rather than relying on shakes to get you there. The shake is just a buffer to bridge that gap. Me for example. Im on patrol for 12 hours so I can't just eat when I want. I eat solid foods all day then use shakes to bridge the tail end before I head home. Beef cake from PF does a hell of a job sticking to the ribs for bulking.

There's no actual layout to stick to when bulking. Pretty much any and all meats, fish, oats and veggies you can handle.

I'll eat 1 pound of 93/7 beef with a few slices if cheese after a heavy lift yielding
1,078 cals
1,902 potassium
118.5 protein
57 fat

I don't mind the fat since I cycle carbs and run them low to moderate.

It's pretty simple man, have you figured your macros?

the best bulking diet is to eat eat and eat some more.. eat every 2-1/2 to 3hrs, breakfast 12 eggs, 2 whole wheat toast w peanut butter, a fruit, 3 hrs later 12oz chicken or steak. 2 cups of brown rice or 2 med sweet or red potatoes, repeat 2 more times, add nuts and fruits throughout the day, and dinner a big fish salad, that should do it bro! keep it simple eat the same lean crap all month then adjust up or down the calories depending on how you are gaining. tips-- steak is best eat it at least once a day, milk is for babies, avoid sugars and junk food, do cardio 20 mins before workouts so you can eat even more later, go heavy or go home, buy a bigger shirt.
