im on a bloat diet until july 29th
then ill take it down a notch for a bit..
i dont wanna say i drop weight easily..
but i think low carbs is a complete waste of time..i would never go below 150-200g of carbs..and most go way overboard on cardio..
also as of the last 12 months or so i am drug free and plan on staying that way for awhile
I started my diet 7 days ago. Tonight I had a whole wheat wrap with 8oz of chicken, small handfull of brown rice, FF cheese and hot sauce. What yall think of that
