Diet critique required

Im always interested in reading what other people are fuelling themselves with and would appreicate some critique and help to see where i can better my diet

Im gonna post a typical day please let me know where you think i can improve or adjust
Times are rough gides as i work shifts

Wake up - Scoop protein in water 22g
breakfast - bowl oats mixed with water and 6 egg whites 1 yolk scrambled
10am ish, shake 45g protein in water
12 can of tuna or grilled chicken breast with another shake
1.30 gym for 1 hour
2.30 shake with water again 45g
2.45 baked potato plain with tuna or beans
3.30 shake
4.30 2 slices granary bread with turkey breast stuffed with plain salad leaves
6 pm dinner salad, chicken breast broccoli - usually alternate this some nights will have a lasagne or a chilli with the salad leaves
6.25 shake with semi skimmed milk
8pm shake as above
10pm shake as above

im hungry at least every 2 hours i mean proper hungry feel like i could eat a horse and im drinking at least 2 litres of water every day
Im not having butter spreads, mayo or salad dressings in any way - infact it couldnt be plainer if i tried, ive ditched coffee and i am drinking tea with fresh lemon instead of milk.
