Diet and workouts for oneandthesame

meal 1 protein 42 gr. flax oil
meal 2 chicken breast 2cups broccoli
meal 3 1 can tuna 2 stalk celery 1tbsp. mayo 2 cups brocoli
meal 4 4 oz steak
meal 5 protein 42 gr. 1tbsp. natty peanutbutter
meal 6 7oz. steak 2cups brocolli
meal 7 protein 42 gr. 1tbsp. flax oil

did 30 minutes cardio on ecliptical machine average h.r. 133 very weak after sweated alot perhaps from no carbs

this is the 3rd day of the diet
tough but so far I'm good on it

meal 3 1 can tuna 1tbsp.mayo 2cups green beans

meal 5 (postworkout) protein 42 gr. 10oz orange juice
meal 6 6oz. steak 2 cups broccoli
meal 7 protein 42gr. 4oz. steak

bench pressed 70 pound db's 9 times

2 pro 42gr tbsp flax
3 8 oz. steak mixed veggies 2 cups
4 tuna can tbsp. mayo
5 pro 42gr.
6 7 oz. steak 2cups brocolli
7 chicken thigh 1/2 cup lf cottage cheese

water close to 2 gallons thirsty as hell on this diet
breath is often nasty and metallic tasting
could wear my pants today and button it comfortable :)

2 steak and mixed veggies
3 tuna and mixed veggies tbsp mayo
4 tuna tbsp mayo
5 chicken and brocolli
6 pro 42 and 10oz. orange juice (post workout)
7 steak and broccolid

Workout went well back and bi's seemed to not overdo it as i felt drained but not wiped out

6 roast beef 4 oz and salad with 1.5oz of dressing

was out all night so I had to improvise I felt the salad dressing may have been over the top although it only had 2 carbs so maybe just a bit high on fat content don't know how much but it was 220 calories i believe I'll check on that

no cardio or workout today as it was a night out

today woke at 9:30 am
did cardio 30 minutes. before i ate
was 11:00 am before 1st meal

meal one 3 eggs 3 egg whites cooked in olive oil
meal two pro 42 grams and 1/4 cup oatmeal uncooked (I felt it has been three days since any carbs besides veggies that I could use a few contains 13 1/2 carbs
