Diesel/Tren Stack; Food Log

This is a placeholder for my Dieselbolan/Tren TFO log. I've attached a copy of my food log spreadsheet. Feel free to use it for yourself. I plugged in formulas to convert BMR and TDEE based on height, weight and age. Also if you type in Cals, Protein, Carbs, and Fat it will convert those to total calories and percentages for the entire meal.

What I would like to do is update this on a weekly basis. Once the diesel gets here I will start with week one, some pics and my training routine and daily intake of food.

Edit: You will notice Meal 6 is empty. This is pretty much a floating meal, meaning it changes daily. This is usually the mean I make for my wife and I when she gets home from work. Meal 1-5 and my casein before bed are static and pretty much the same every day

Edit 2: Food log cal's for meal 6 were not being multiplied, corrected

Are you able to adjust my preferences so I can edit those posts or would a mod have to do it for me. I can always PM you my updates and you can post them I suppose. Its not like you are a busy man :p

So my place holder posts were a discussion forum fail :mad:...what can you do.

I will be posting the Week 1 update on 7/22. Right now its day 4. I'm walking around the house feeling really good and swollen. Been flooding my body with calories since 7/14, anywhere between 3800-4200 (my TDEE is 3600).

I started the week weighing 210, when I woke this morning I was at 217, but in fairness I went ape shit on the Chinese Spicy Orange Beef at the local joint. I needed to meet my calorie threshold for the day and I really didn't care, so its probably a combination of Diesel/Tren, 1.5 gallons of water and the boatload of sodium from last night.

My Week 1 update will have all my stats, this post was prompted because I noticed how tight my bi's felt just bringing the cup of coffee i'm drinking up to my lips. My arms feel pumped and I haven't even done anything today. Can't wait to train shoulders/bi's/tri's later this morning. :evil::evil::evil:

Anyway, after 4 days and tons of calories, i'm feeling like I did when I was on D-bol back when I was 22 (now 33).

The Chinese food and sodium had nothing to do with it. Today I feel bigger, harder and weighed in at 222 lbs on an empty stomach. This stuff is the real deal. I am so impressed with this product I don't even know where to begin. Oh ya, week one isn't even complete yet... :evil::evil::evil:

hey lots of people are following it man, but just haven't discussed due to the placeholder giving some of the information out. I guess when you get the one week summary people will chime in. By the way feed the machine, it seems to be loving the calories.
 
Feeling really bloated today, uncomfortably so. Not sure why, I'm still eating the same stuff. Debating dropping the whole milk down to 2%. Weighed in at 227 lbs after dinner.

Trained legs today and this was the first time in a long time where my quads felt pumped, not just exhausted, but felt like they were going to rip through my skin. Usually after squats, leg press and extensions they are just tired; today was super tight and ready to explode.

I love this stuff!
 
No one's ever questioned the fact that I stuffed a sock in my briefs... I laugh every time I look at my leg shot. Everyone just keep on thinking I have massive junk.
 
Week 3 is in the books. I don't think pics would give you anything noticeable. I'm anywhere between 226lbs and 229lbs, it seems to fluctuate daily. I think the gains came on really strong the first week because I upped my calories so much.

I do feel a lot harder. I wouldn't exactly say I'm leaning out but I do feel my muscle/fat ratio is changing, hence the weight gain seems to be stalled. Diet hasn't changed, still between 4000-4200 calories, about 500-600 above my TDEE

Strength gains have been through the roof. Incline dumbbell presses with 100lbs dumbbells for 6-8 reps. Squatting 355lbs for 8-10 reps.

What's changing this week:
- Adding Controlled Labs Green Bulge which consists of:
- 2g MCC
- 500mg Dicreatine Malate
- 1000mcg B12
- Adding Gaspari PlasmaJet eod

Interested to see how I feel with the new additions
 
Alright, today was just insane, I never put up numbers like this before. I have a week and a half left and I am sad. I want this to keep going. Whatever wall I hit was only for a couple days. Jumped on the scale and it said 234 lbs... WTF! I did take some PlasmaJet yesterday so maybe the gallon and a half of water I drak just got pulled into my muscles...whatever happened, I like it.

today was legs, it went something like this;

275 x 10 - 1 set (got done and thought WTF this feels easy)

This was by far the most intense day of training. I was so focused it was unreal. Pumps from the combo of diesel/tren, plasmajet and sizeon are fucking ridiculous.

I'm ready to extend this cycle 4 more weeks and just get some Live52 to go along with my Forged Liver...someone is going to have to talk me out of this.

This shit is for real!
 
The perimeter underneath my areolar are starting to get tender. No lump, but its definitely sore. I am sensitive to gyno as I had it naturally as a kid. I also think this is a testament to the purity and quality of needto's TREN TFO. I took cyclotren last year stack with 4AD and I didn't get this feeling in my nips.

Wondering if I should start with some nolvadex for the last week and a half?
 
Started 20mg Nolvadex today, my nips are feeling sensitive :rainbow::rainbow:

I'm worried now when I run Beast/Katana I think I should run a SERM the whole time since katana is 40mg of tren essentially which would bring me to 120mg/ed vs. the 90mg/ed I am at now and feeling sore

Thoughts anyone?

Took today off as I needed a good night sleep. I work nights and the last couple days have been busy, so when I got home at 6:30am I was passed out by 7:30am after helping my wife with the baby and woke up at 3:15pm. The only thing I'm pissed about was missing my next needto delivery and now I have to pick it up at the post office at 8:30am, that'll cut into my sleep tomorrow.

I got 2 days left on tren and about 5 days on deisel. I staggered the start times. I'll probably call you at some point to discuss the beast/katana run after pct is done for this
 
Be sure and post some after pics when you are done with the cycle. Any idea as to how much change your body has undergone....BF%, measurements?

Nope, but after adding 20lbs, my size 34" jeans still fit like they did before, just tighter in the quads, so i'm happy about that.

I've taken the last 4 days off from the gym, had a lot of shit to do. I would have been back today but we had issues with one of our cars last night and had it towed to the dealer. That left us with one car between my wife and I. I work nights so when I get home she takes the car to work. That left me today sans car and with a heat index of 105 in Maryland today I'm not jogging to the gym, fuck that. Day 4 of much needed rest.

Got a loaner tonight so should be back at it tomorrow. On a side note. I went to the Vitamin Shoppe tonight to pick up some protein to mix with my oats. The lady working there, whom I haven't seen for awhile, was completely blown away by my size difference.

Her - "OMG I can't believe how big you've gotten"
Me - "Thanks I've been eating a lot and training really hard"
Her - "No I mean you've gotten really big"
Me - "Yeah, amazing what 4200 calories a day will do"
Her - "Yeah I guess so, that's really great"

She's probably in her 60's, and no I won't post pics of her, lol. shit works though that's for damn sure. I think I have about 2 days left of diesel, my tren was finished 4 days ago. :worried:
 
Also, what is Casein? I know its some kind of protien but how do you eat it?

Flax meal, check in the oatmeal section at the grocery store, basicaly pure fiber and EFA's.. don't take too much if your body isn't use to it. Your stomache will be very upset and living on the toilet. Big blast is a protein supplement... very used it but suppose to be great for helping muscle gains via nitrogen retention, etc. Its expensive and caisen is a typle of protein, about twice the price as whey but its a slow digesting protein... great right before bedtime and the only time I ever used it as you should really try to eat whole foods. Your body burns fat by digestion too ya know. Do some research, it sounds like you have a ways to go yet. You just don't learn over night, countless hours I have done. Write stuff down too and refer back to it!

I think this last week was just not meant to be for some reason.

Woke up at 2pm on 8/11, took my Big Blast, PlasmaJet and measured out my SizeOn and BCAA mix to bring to the gym to sip on. I started with plate loaded leg press super setting with leg extensions. I got through the 4th set of super setting and felt like I was going to throw up, not from an intense work out, but because I did not feel well. I pushed on, but it was half assed and not very intense. I think I will be taking back the PlasmaJet and SizeOn, I don't like how its reacted with me over the last week.

That was all for legs. At this point my stomach was in knots and walking out of the gym I got that pale, clammy feeling you get right before you are about to throw up. I drove to pick my son up from my mother-in-laws house and by the time I got (5min drive) I rushed up stairs and threw up this horrid slurry of SizeOn and PlasmaJet. This was about the 2 hour marker post PlasmaJet which is when the directions say it really kicks in which is what makes me think it didn't agree with me. I took the recommended dose of 10 caps this day (previous days i had only taken 5 caps per day). After vomiting in the bowl I then got up, dropped my shorts and exploded out the other end...thank you SizeOn creatine. After 10 minutes of front and back evacuation I felt 1000% better.

I think I will take back both the plasmajet and sizeon for JACK3D and something else. Need a good intra workout sipper. So, worst day yet in the gym, but it had nothing to do with Diesel/Tren, of which I am only now on the diesel and only have about 2 days left :(:(:(
 
I'm done, started PCT 2 days ago. Final weight 232 from 210. Everyone in my family has noticed I've gotten bigger, especially my folks since they live 3 hours away and come to see the baby about once per month. I have one of those nosy mom's (yes I'm 32 and I'm still her baby), so she said "You aren't taking that ephedra stuff are you?" I think she's asked me that every year since high school when she found out the Twin Lab Ripped Fuel had herbal ephedra in it. I looked at her with a serious face and said "No ma I just started injecting testosterone, I find it works much better now that I'm old enough to afford it". That broke the awkwardness and then I said I've just been eating a ton and training like crazy. I then proved it by polishing off about $100 worth of sushi on my own for once out eating my 280 lbs. father, so no more questions after that... :evil:

I'll get pictures up tomorrow some time. I had trouble finding my gianormous Nikon D60 camera with external flash...don't ask how I misplaced that thing, somehow I managed.
 
Hey Just wanted to say thanks on the help lately man. I did the High Rep Squats today and man My legs were volcanos waitn to erupt!!! I really appreciate it and hope all is going well for ya. Keep up the great log man!
 
Alright I still don't have pics up they will be up soon. Life on a tight schedule with a 5 month old takes priority. I am however very pleased that 4 days of PCT (2.5mg Letro every 2 days and Forged PCT) I haven't lost a pound, still 232lbs. Oddly enough I feel leaner and lost some bloat (wedding ring fits again) but weight hasn't budged.

One thing though, the Forged PCT give you horrific smelling/tasting burps; WTF causes that. It's a very herbalrific burp kind, of like eating Thai basil.

Pictures take 5 days into PCT weight today was 230lbs even. Remember my goal was to bulk. I'm not as defined as I would like to be but that's not what I was shooting for when drinking whole milk,, eating whole eggs, oats, flank steak etc. I think this will make for a good foundation for the beast/katana cutter stack which I might run with some test E or EQ, still deciding, but my next goal will be to lean out some.

Vein going across my shoulder and chest on the left wasn't there before. I'd like to see how I look on some Var and -6% BF from where I am now. At least my face didn't get fat

I'd also like to note that almost one week of PCT now, my joints feel like shit. I complained about my shoulders before and how they would wake me up when I roll over. They are starting to feel worse. I think I'm going to do a 3 month of muscle overload training now which is light weight, high reps and 30-45 seconds between sets. Started today with legs and feel great.

I am NOT doing heave shoulders and chest anymore. While it was great being able to do 225lbs barbell military press and finally hit over 300lbs on bench, my shit is hurting bad. I started Forged Join at the same time as my PCT but to be honest it hasn't helped much. I need to shoot some oil in these bad boys.

Just a word to the wise when you do Diesel/Tren or Diesel/Beast...you will get strong as shit, don't let the confidence cloud your good judgment and lift super heavy. While its always good to push yourself to lift more, my joints weren't ready for the fast gains in poundage of my lifts.

Thanks, yeah I was. Now if this damn hemorrhoid would ever go away I could do some squats again. Shoulders and chest feel a lot better doing muscle overload training too. Been stretching them out more and just went real light today. I think muscle overload training is a good way to train during PCT. More often than not you are going to lose some of your strength coming off cycle. If you completely change your training during PCT to something like muscle overload training, where you are expecting to move less weight at high reps with very little rest between sets, you are almost guaranteed to not get depressed.

Today I did back and shoulders, and for example, I was previously doing side lateral raises with 40,45, and 50lbs dumbbells. Today I did 20lbs real slow and controlled for 10 sets of 10 with 30 seconds rest between sets and my side delts and traps were more fatigued than if I did 4 or 5 sets with the heavier weight.

I highly recommend coming off cycle using muscle overload training. Not only wont you get depressed, but you're body will more than likely respond and recoup better because this is a completely different training style.

HMMMMM, good point on the muscle overloading. I may give this a try!
 
I've done that and you're exactly right with the depression thing. You automatically lower your expectations so you don't really notice the strength loss. Usually my joints are in need of the switch by then too so it works out well for me.

Yup, after 4 weeks of heavy bench, military press and squats, my joints needed a break.
 
Alright, I'm midway through PCT. Strength is still good. I'm down to 222 lbs now and I think that 10 lbs was mostly water. I've adjusted my diet back to maintenance of around 3600-3700 calories. I've also stopped taking Superpump250 and SizeOn. My workouts have been consisting of muscle overload training which is light weight, high reps with 30-45 seconds of rest in-between sets.

Started getting random erections today which is good, the boys are back in business :mix:

Going to give it about 4 more weeks and then start the Beast/Katana/T3/Dermatherm Target stack. I've talked about Beast/Katana/Test E/EQ, but I want to see how my body handles the beast/katana.

Since Beast can raise BP I didn't want to throw clen in the mix and the T3 can actually help reduce BP and cholesterol (from what I read, but it was also patients taking T3/T4 together so not sure how much T3 alone will help).

Dermatherm will be used on Chest, Abs, and lower back. I've also got some Dermacrine coming as well, not sure if I should run that in conjunction with the best/katana or save it for post.

Thoughts?
