I've tried counting my calories and it only comes out to about 1900. It's hard to take in alot of calories and eat healthy.
1 Have two eggs and veggies in the morning on a wrap and coffee.
For lunch I have 6oz of steak and 6 egg whites on a wrap.
Then I come home and have 2.5 servings of whole wheat pasta.
Before I work out I'll have a protien bar (265 cal)
Then after the gym I have 8 oz of steak.
Before I go to bed I have an ISO Pure Protein Shake.
Unless I'm adding wrong, I don't see it adding up to more than 1900 calories. Can someone help?
