a friend of mine competes in physique. He has an incredible body and is extremely ripped.
1 of the things he recommended is stay away from anything that aromatise he says that estrogen is your enemy when you’re competing because the judges want to see you as ripped as possible.
He recommended I do a stack of aromasin and anavar for 10 weeks as a starting cycle.
The dosing is:
10mgs EOD aromasin
50mgs ED anavar
I’m 26 years old, 5’10’’ 187lbs. 10% body fat. What do you think?
