well heres an example of what ive been eating, heres todays diet
multi Vitamin+BCAAs
8am = pro complex weight gainer + 1 cup oats
10am= 2 93% lean burgers on whole grain buns + cheese + 24oz milk
12noon=10oz steak with V8 fusion for my "veggies" lol
2pm= 5 chicken tenders (good whole white meat, not greasy kfc stuff) + 24oz milk
4pm=weight gainer
6pm=half an organic/healthy/whole grain pizza+24oz milk
8pm=weight gainer+8oz steak
right now "double" protein shake. aka 2scoops+2cups of milk
today was kind of a cheat/lazy day (the pizza and stuff) but ive always stayed real lean and my bf% hasnt increased at all so things seem to be going well! yeah its not the idea perfect diet but its working!
btw my weight gainers come out to 850cals and something like 80g protein because its 650cals/60g protein + the milk
