Ok suga youve been doing a 3x10 prolly for a long time I am guessing. So now time for a change.
From looking at your pics in your gallery you also look ready to ramp things up a lil bit.
I also remember reading under your Deca Cycle post that you wanna get some definition.
Typically lower reps = strength and mass this is called intensity.
Typically higher reps = leaning out and definition and this is called volume.
However......with appropriate diet changes you can really "blur" these (more or less) boundries.
3x10 is kinda in the middle of this whole thing. So you really could go either way. As for me I always like to go toward the strength/mass end cuz I just prefer that look on both men and wimminz.
Also it is my belief that having a strong body is always good.
So what I need for you to do is to put down what you wanna do for excersizes and then we go from there.
