Well after a long warm up I hit the military press 3x8 99lbs
2x3 110lbs
Upright row 3x8 88lbs
Arnold press 2x8 30lbs each arm
3x8 35lbs
Front raises with ez bar 3x8 44lbs
Lat raise. 3x8. 22lbs each arm
So all in all I'm really pleased with my workout don't seem to have lost much strength after stoping the deca and also my week of illness .
Tris and bi's tomorrow can't wait!!
