^^^ i was smart enough to avoid using those things at 18. i did it with hard work, not by taking short cuts. that was my point.
i also didn't have a rich daddy to give me money to use on shit like that. i was working for 5.20 an hour which at the time was a nickel above minimum wage. i earned my way through life, didn't have things given to me.
that doesn't make me a great person lol, but it does make me appreciate hard work in the gym and not depending on compounds
the only reason i'm saying this and being 'harsh' is we had so many fucking kids on here lately wanting short cuts to bodybuilding ... i hope they read this and get it through their head that its pointless if you are dead!
I mean't ''harsh'' as i don't think anyone of that age deserves to pay with their life because of a mistake when trying to reach their objective. As you grow older you grow wiser. Many didn't have rich parents or any parents and sometimes their mistakes are put down to ''looking for a substitute'' because of hard upbringing etc which IMHO is no excuse which is harsh. I personally made many mistakes in life (like we all have or do) and my upbringing was often used as an excuse for me when in reality i did it because i wanted too and because i could get away with it.
Many are harsh these days because there is a plethora of information available at our finger tips. It was not long ago we were all advocating iu486, DNP and insane dosages. Not because we had rich parents or wanted to be a role model but because we wanted to achieve what we did, AAS etc were available and the internet was showing others that had with great results.
I 100% agree with your approach of harsh to warn others as the information available today there is no reason for abuse.
In the past i have used a lot of meds, no rich parents, insane dosages and most down to ignorance and my goal of being big. In fact i went without a lot to get those meds (including missing out on drinking, socialising etc) as the meds (pre UG labs) were so expensive. Yes naieve, yes uneducated about them but did i deserve to die? probably not but i was also (inadvertently) a walking advert of why you should take them as i was big and had the body others wanted.
I agree with your reasoning, and why i posted this (as you know rarely post just read these days), of being harsh but do think that he was a kid no matter what background he had and did not deserve to die. He did not achieve what he had in terms of body just by sitting in front of the TV he worked but used very strong meds to help. Yes short cut, yes sill but not deserve do die.
5 years ago this very site had a Mod called DNP Guru, from who we all read and learnt about the Med. you know the story behind him and luckily we survived and moved on. I moved on with my life unfortunately this kid did not so RIP and like you say let it be a warning that what we use can be dangerous and information and knowledge is key and the research never stops as like i say 5 years ago DNP mixed with some iu486 for ''afters'' would have been commended.
Good looking out for the members though as understand your stance but do think ''harsh'' lol
Peace!
