Thanks everyone. I didn't know if it was good but I was sure damn proud of making that lift. LoL and I didn't exactly drop it; I more like threw it down in triumph I knew I could do the weight once I took it off the rack and pretty much stiff legged it to the floor. On my first try my back was too rounded so I ended up locking my legs out before my back I also noticed there was a mat below the right side that was interefering with the lift. Time for WSB I think if all goes well with my other PRs.
