At the gym been at it for 6 weeks. So for my 7th week I did maxes. Hit the Rack throw on 315 for 1 do that easily.
Then I go for broke Throw on 405 go for 1 and fail. Relaxed a bit got ready and bam 405 for 1. It was especially pleasing to see everyone's faces as I got it up then promptly dropped it. There were about 6 or 7 bench guys standing around. Man that was awesome.
