Deadlift Pr!

At the gym been at it for 6 weeks. So for my 7th week I did maxes. Hit the Rack throw on 315 for 1 do that easily.
Then I go for broke Throw on 405 go for 1 and fail. Relaxed a bit got ready and bam 405 for 1. It was especially pleasing to see everyone's faces as I got it up then promptly dropped it. There were about 6 or 7 bench guys standing around. Man that was awesome. I'm 5'9 165 wott 100 more lbs till 500 max deadlift :D
 
That's pretty crazy if you've only been doing deads for 6 weeks. I'm 6', 180, just started hitting the deads hard about 6 weeks ago and I just pulled 315 for the first time. Looks like you're a couple plates ahead of me. :D
 
dont drop it man, my old weight training coach told me about a guy he was training about 10 years ago who dropped it and the bar hit the tops of his knee caps and blew em out.

but very nice job on the pr man
 
Good job bro! You got me thinking about testing my max...never maxed before but tomorrow is back day so :D
