i'm pretty sure i could have done 385. i hope to be able to pull 425 by winter break. that would be badass. and hopefully i'll weigh at least 175 by then. i actually hope to hit 170 within 4-5 weeks. all i gotta do is eat eat eat. i just got back from costco, and i bought 12lbs of chicken breast, 5lbs of steak, 3lbs of ham, 6lbs cottage cheese...yum, we'll see how much of that i can eat this week.
