Deadlift meet results

Thanks everyone.

Sysopt- what size plates are you talking about? 4 plates is only 405 lbs. I'm gunning for 5 plates and beyond. :D

Irish- I have the attempts on film, as well as from my last meet. The only thing is they are on a regular VHS tape and I still don't know exactly how to convert these things. I'd like to put them in the journal that I want to put on your site for my preparations for the Nationals. You said get a video card I believe, but I have no idea what I need.

IRBD, its not that hard once you know what your doing....and you still need to send me a copy of that tape so i can see it

i must say you impress us all with your excellent lifting. congrats on the PR. few things feel as good as such.

GREAT pull it's good to know ur progressing, We have about the same pull upset for the fact that I weigh 50lbs more than you(DAMN my pull should be ALOT higher, good thing is I might never get a 600 bench but I know I'll surpass a 600 pull).

Hey IRBD, Great Lifting!

How old are you, I havent caught that in your posts. I think Its a kick I know seasoned lifters 60lbs heavier than you that cant pull these weights! Hey, your conventional sticking point is the same as mine. One thing that really helped me was alot of heavy ab work, and close stance 1/2 deads. I make sure to squat my ass way far back, and squeeze the weight up with only my hams and ass. Try doing 10-15 reps to make sure its not just your stronger muscles moving the weight. Im nobody important but it pushed my dead from 5 to mid fives in the matter of about 3 months>We'll see if I get 600 plus this October.

Later.
