Do you include DL when you work your back or legs?
How about SLDL?

I say I do them for back(based on schedule). But, I really do them just because they're the best overall lift in my opinion. Everything kills me the next day, hams, traps, erectors, lats. The back days that I DL I call "deadlift days" not back days.:D

strait legs deads are more your ham strings...reg deads are one of the best full body exercises, targeting mainly your lower back, lats, bis, gluts, traps and quads.

There are some guys who do DL as part of their leg day training and other as part of their back day!!

What is the proper Dl movement?Dont wanna hurt my spine...

I just started doing them( I put a board 4 by 4 under my heels,is that OK)?...even though I have been working out for 4 years, I didnt really try them out..Man, they are a killer...

I also do hack squats..I dont have a rack at home so I cant do normal squats...

Anyway they are thought to be an excellent overall compound exercise, therefore I will give it a try!!

Stiff leg deads are for legs..Regular deadlifts work the entire body, I consider them a back movement so I do deadlifts for back one week followed 4 days later by a light leg day. thank next week do heavy legs with the next back day not doing deads (weighted pull up or something like that)

I do deads at the end of my back routine, and stiff legged deads at the end of my leg day.... It never occured to me to do otherwise.
