Days Off

YOU COULD TAKE 1 DAY OFF MAYBE 2 DEPENDS ON HOW SORE YOU ARE THEN HIT IT 3 DAYS IN A ROW AGAIN.
OR YOU COULD TRY A THREE DAY SPLIT LIKE WORKOUT MON WED AND FRI AND REST OR DO LITE CARDIO ON OFF DAYS:cool:
 
Take the minimal amount of days off needed to make progress on your workout. If you can't increase the weight or reps on each set of each body part every time you train, you are not making progress and thus have an ineffective workout. Instead of training 3 days in a row, train 1 on - 2 off. If you can't make progress with that (assuming your diet is not a factor) lower the volume of your workouts.
