ull lose the h20 within a couple weeks after ur cycle. u shouldnt be retaining too much with ox. creatine may be another story but also...shouldnt take long before u lose that water weight either.
i think dandelion root can help with water rentention...im not sure..cant remember if thats what it was...there are a few things that help with that. sassy69 knows a couple...pm her or post to her....she told me of 2 once.
 
thanlks KBgrl,,, im trying to decide if i still want to continue w/the creatine,,,i know its supposed to be agreat combo,,,but i just want that lean hard look,,,and the creatine is going to have an effect on that,,,soo i dont know,,might just finish out the week and then on monday stop the creatine....... i have dandelion root and taraxatone.
 
i say keep the creatine in mix for now... whats a lil puff now and then....plus its not like ur taking huge amounts from it so it shouldnt puff u up too bad. ur look HARD as hell right now....just try not to worry about being lean right now and do whatever u need to make the best of ur cycle....eat eat eat...lift lift lift and worry about trimming down another time. ur gonna be a stunna baby!!! WAHOOOOOOOO!! very excited for u sweetie. keep it up!!
 
maybe cut back on the creatine... no need to take in more than 2-3 g post workout(i'm assuming you meant g and not mg, 5mg aint going to do shit) ... as i said b4, make sure it's mixed well too...
 
WOOHOOO hbg, awesome! Looking great, showing more of those muscles than I'm used to seeing. Even more impressed than I was before. Creatine turns me into a water balloon. Guess you just have to decide whether it's worth it to bear it out. I couldn't stand it :bawling:
 
I think it's worth it.... even just keeping a little in there. (Like phem said, 2-3 g post workout)

But, it's your body. :) Were you taking the taraxatone religiously before you started the anavar? There might be a bit of rebound if you're used to taking diuretics...

Dandelion on its own (make sure you're getting just enough sodium and plenty of potassium in your diet) might be a bit less harsh than the taraxatone; it should let you drop some water without depleting you too badly.

Just my humble opinion....
