wow what a day....... First off let me say that everyone I met saturday was incredible. All you guys are the best!!!! I was proud of everyone just because you gave it your all.

T3c, polishhammer, lord suston.....you three guys where awesome! You were very encouraging and your performances were nothing short of great!!!! Exodus and I would love to come visit you guys in NY sometime in the not so far future!

Thanks so much to clint for putting on such a great show! This contest ran just like a well oiled machine!!!!

Spatts ...let me just say you are my inspiration. You spent time with me saturday just talking and giving me encoragement....that meant so much to me. You are so much fun to be around. Exodus and I would love to come workout with you some weekend, I know we could learn so much! Your hubby is great.....he was a pleasure... and as for your son....what an adorable child. He is so well behaved....but if I had you for a mother I would be too

Exodus...baby you have gotten so much better with your events..even though you did have a few rough moments you made up for it with the stones....the stones were incredible....you pushed yourself beyond the limit!!! I am so proud of you!

Joker...thanks for the new friendship...I hope the new way home worked well for you. Exodus and I really enjoyed your company. You are so funny ! You did great sat. Made us all proud!




I had a few great moments and a few not so great but overall I am very proud of myself and I had the time of my life!!! Nefi and amanda gave me a run for my money...it was great. I was so proud of you two. You have the kind of strength to be proud of....mind, body and soul! I am blessed to have new friends like you!


Overhead Press: 75lbs x 10....... A HUGE PR...I actually doubled my previous.

Conans Wheel....I did not move this. Clint actually did some changing up of the event from when I originally trained with him and I was not prepared for it. I can honestly say my mindset was not what it should have been during this event. I will get it though!

Medley:
Farmer's walk-85lbs x 25ft
H stone- 160-180lbs??? x 25ft
Duck walk-150lbs x 25ft
Sled drag-200lbs x 25ft
I finished this with a pr also...50 seconds!

Hercules hold:150lbs each hand x 15.xx sec

Suburban truck push: 68 ft. I have never even attempted this until contest day!!! I totally suprised myself. The truck stopped completely and I got it moving again on the slight incline of clints drive...........that was sooooo difficult.... I believe that was the part that made me want to vomit!!

I have new bruises, cuts and abrasions.....I love it !!!

congrats girl..you did great..especially on those ohp's. that was a huge pr for you. and you moved the conans wheel. that was more than you had done before. that's a feat to be proud of w/300lbs on there. you also did really well on the other events too. your medley really improved alot. it was cool getting to train with you guys again. hope to get to again in the near future.

You really should be proud of yourself you workd HARD! Wow was the women's class ever close...there were only three points between each place...it was anyones game. It was cool to be able to hang out with you and get to know you. I have all the bruises, cuts and abrasions too but I wish I could say the same about loving it. I think my face is even bruised.
