there's a "no winning outcomes" option on events in which there isn't a winner
I've had to do this once "subway 500
I can understand not returning wagerd money on an event without a wagered winner
but a PPD event I need to know about
I can settle bets on events on only one outcome
A PPD proposes the problem of retrurning all wagers

as it is it takes a good 30-1 payoff to hurt me
