hurt my right bicep and had taken a week off from back/bi stuff, today i was hitting the incline bench with no spotter (he was late as usual....) and went for the extra rep.... bad idea, had to hold the bar on my chest, adjust grip to narrow and try to press it off me, no joy. just burnt out. so i got the barbell onto the ground and without thinking went to get it up on the banch hooks again, cleaned the bar and hurt my damn bicep again
