hurt my right bicep and had taken a week off from back/bi stuff, today i was hitting the incline bench with no spotter (he was late as usual....) and went for the extra rep.... bad idea, had to hold the bar on my chest, adjust grip to narrow and try to press it off me, no joy. just burnt out. so i got the barbell onto the ground and without thinking went to get it up on the banch hooks again, cleaned the bar and hurt my damn bicep again :confused:

wont make that mistake again......

Yeah I have an injury in my right hand ring finger. The tendon has been injured for like a month and I stopped deadlifting for a week, but didn't want to hold off more than that. I just 1 hand deadlifted 305 last night with my left arm, so I am pumped about that but now my tendon is killing me again today when it stopped hurting before:( I know it would get better if I took some time off pulling exercises but I just don't want to :(
