Cycling 1-AD and Creatine

I'm still new at all this extra supplementation stuff, but I've heard it would be a good combination to mix 1-AD and creatine in your cycle....so to speak. But how would that work? Would it work?

Please respond soon as I am buying some 1-AD later on this weekend...

You can use creatine with just about anything. I've used it with 1-AD, I use it by itself, (of course, I never stop using a protine supp.) Do a little research on the board before buying 1-AD. I thought it was great, but on the flip side, I also expierenced a few sides. And with the research I did on the board, I was able to overcome those, and the next time I use it, I be better prepared.

your good to go, run the creatine you will probably get more results from the creatine than the 1-ad, that stuff is shit in my book.
