The cost of lodging comes directly out of the money we make, and we don't get paid a per diem, so the place we stay is basically the cheapest you can find. We typically will stay at a Red Roof Inn or Motel 6. The only thing I have at my disposal is a mini-fridge, that has to be shared we another guy. If it comes down to it, I can prep a bunch of food on Sunday when I am home. Then just pack a bunch of cooked meats, and rice in bowls and store them in the fridge. Then put the portions in a tupperware container when we head out.
buy a ton of rubber maid tupperware, buy n cook enough food to last you at least 4.5 days. this way you will only have to eat out 1-2 meals a day and will be able to eat grilled chicken, green beans, baked potato type dinners. 1 fast food meal (as healthy as you can get) will not be that bad.
also amp up that pct a bit. Add nolva too.....just 20mg.
