First post, here goes
46 y.o. first time cycle 200 lbs( 25 in the last three weeks up from 176) 16% bf work out 4x a week
diet- 1 gm protien per pnd of bw
carbs 1.5 gms
"good" fat .5 gms
3500-4000 cals a day
500 mgs test cyp
250 mgs Sust 250
In my 5th week and REALLY lovin this stuff, am I taking too muck for a first cycle? Ramped up from 350 mgs a week to 750 a week over 5 weeks, gonna go the other way @ my 10th week for a total of 14 weeks. have 20 clomid ready and can get more if needed. What should I do for PCT? HCG? clomid?
Also can anyone give me a workout routine to do while cycling for the maximum benifit?
