This is a very individual situation. I can get lean without doing any cardio, right now my bodyfat is 6% at 206 (never juiced) and I do no cardio. I have friends that have to do cardio like crazy to get to 12% percent. It's so much genetic. Some people can eat nothing but garbage and have 5% BF year round, I have 2 friends like this. I find that when I start doing a lot of cardio I lose fullness. I would need to increase my calories a little bit to maintain size, which wouldn't really make much sense for me to do. It just depends on your set-point for bodyfat. I would rather tighten up the diet than look stringy. Good luck bro!
