I M Trying To Eat 300 Gr Protein 250 300 Gr Carbs And 40gr Fat. Im On Cutting Cycle And 6 1 And 183pounds. I Usually Have My Workout Before Dinner Time. And Have My Pwo Shake Tahn Hour Later I Have A Complex Carbs And Protein Meal. During Cutting Should I Eat Carbs After My Workout. And On The Weekend I Workout After My Breakfast And For The Last Meal I Only Eat Protein , And Spread Carbs That I Usually Have For May Last Meal After Pwo Shake To Otherearly Meals Like Breakfast And After Pwo Meal(2nd Real Meal Of The Day)
What Do You Think Of That .
 
Im in the same boat in terms of height/weight and goal. been cutting for 7 weeks now and feeling so so good. i have used two elements.
Fisrtly- low carbs, way less then 300g, more like 60-90g per day for 3 days then upping to nearly 200g for one day. my total calories are around 1900, 2100 on high carb day. About 250g protein but a lot more fat, EFA (essentail fatty acids), peanut butter, flaxseed oil about 80g.

secondly- supplements, taking vitamins to keep my immune system up whilst also adding THERMOREXIN from anabolic fitness, helps keep the energy up and cravings down.

What your doing could work for you, but at any time you results slow down, try changing it up. Maybe try the same system as i did, i crafted mind from advice on elite. im now at 178lbs and around 12% bodyfat.
