cutting diet critique please,

i am giong to be cutting , well i actually already am but would like a little direction here

i am not goin got post the whole diet, just about what types of food i am going to eat, but not exact

going for 5-6 meals a day

first meal of the day is going to be some egg whites, veggies and some turkey sausage and probably some cheese

the rest of the meals are going to be some kind of lean meat and some veggies probably about 8oz a pop, lots of fish, chicken and lean beef, and some nuts here and there, if you want more details i will go into more depth

the questions i have, while i am cutting and fatloss is main consideration, should i add some low GI carbs preworkout, such as oats, postworkout, should i add some carbs? Should i add any real carbs at anytime, by real i mean any that i am not going to be getting from the veggies.

occasionally there will be a protein shake in there, also when i cook and oil is needed its olive oil, where can i incorporate more fats, with this, most of my meet will be grilled, and the cheapest way possible too, i am broke

Oh btw i will be adding AAS eventually, probably about 2 weeks into it

The only way to truely give a quality critique is will all the information.

Without that I'll say that dairy is the devil when cutting, supplement with a Calcium Citrate supplement (inexpensive!!... damn, i've said that rant a bunch today!).

Bro there are tons of diet "skimatics" (sp?!) around here on the Diet forum. Use on of those and tailor amounts to your calories needs if you'd like. Otherwise... I reccomend do what I'm doing and experiment if you don't have a contest date or anything. See how your body reacts to different absences of foods and supplement where needed, ect...
