Alright guys, I'm going through a strength phase of weightlifting which means I'm bulking. Because I'm only 15 I need you guys to help me get the most out of my diet.

Currently, I am eating 5-7 meals a day. All of these meals are around 800 calories each. My daily intake is 4000+ calories. My diet is 55-60% Carb based and 30-35% protein based. I rarely eat junk food. I'll maybe eat a small bowl of ice cream on the weekends. Regardless I eat a fairly clean diet and drink 1-2 gallons of water a day. No sodas at all, maybe lemonade or milk three times in a week.

Please give me suggestions to get the most out of myself. Thank you.

break down your meals. what you're eating, how much of it, the timing. need a lot more details to give you some advice to build off of

Alright, I eat every 2-3 hours.

Breakfast is usually,
4 eggs, 2 strips of bacon, 2 slices white toast, half a grapefruit w/ sugar

Mid morning snack,
Grilled chicken sandwich on wheat w/ lettuce and mayo, 2 containers of Greek yogurt, 8 crackers w/ peanut butter, some grapes

Lunch is like,
Huge salad with shrimp/grilled chicken/ham in it and ranch or ceasar dressing, 10 crackers with cheese, bagel with cream cheese, a few strawberries

Pre workout is like,
A bag of trail mix, 2 pb & j sandwiches, a piece of smoked salmon, a banana or two

Post workout is,
Pb & j sandwich, roast beef slices, chicken sandwich on wheat, and grapes

Dinner is basically,
A portion of red meat 12-14 oz., 2 portions of steamed vegetables, a serving of potatoes in some form, a serving of brown rice.

That's basically my diet with a few daily changes of food choice and the exception of supplementation which is creatine pre workout and protein post workout.

First, I would cut out the pb&j period. They do nothing for you. Next I would cut out white bread also. After that I would cut the crackers... Try to find cleaner carbs. Like eat a sweet potato pre workout.
