it depends on your goal is. with summer coming up you are better off leaning out so you don't feel fat and embarrassed. bodybuilding.com got some good articles on clean bulking, dieting and such.. ask the bodybuilders at your gym, basically to cut some bf do cardio 4x to 5x per wk for 40 mins each session after workout or on an empty stomach in the am. protein should always be around 1.5g per kg. after your bf goes down.. start bulking up clean, no junk food like pizza, burgers, fries, limit your alcohol, love your veggie and fish they keep you lean year around.. there is much more to it but ill prob have to start a forum on dieting lol
