I was at a much lower bf% but I've gone up since I've started bulking. its taken me 2 months to put on six pounds

Typically most people stop bulking at 15% once you get in the higher numbers it becomes harder to lose the weight. You post a picture in the attachment settings when your about to post something, I would either try and start cutting with cardio or switch to a cleaner bulk with some cardio just my .02

you are closer to 20% with very little muscle mass.

you got to hit the weight room harder and clean up your diet from here .. as simple as that. its gonna take time. you aren't gonna turn into superman overnight
 
im in there 4-5 days a week working moderate weight at 12-15 reps. What should i be eating? The guy that owns my gym is a retired bodybuilder and he told me not to cut but i need to focus on building mass. HELP!
 
it depends on your goal is. with summer coming up you are better off leaning out so you don't feel fat and embarrassed. bodybuilding.com got some good articles on clean bulking, dieting and such.. ask the bodybuilders at your gym, basically to cut some bf do cardio 4x to 5x per wk for 40 mins each session after workout or on an empty stomach in the am. protein should always be around 1.5g per kg. after your bf goes down.. start bulking up clean, no junk food like pizza, burgers, fries, limit your alcohol, love your veggie and fish they keep you lean year around.. there is much more to it but ill prob have to start a forum on dieting lol
 
I posted one in the diet and bodybuilding forum. And the gym I'm at doesn't consist of bodybuilders except the owners and the main trainer which is a female
