Crazy workouts you have done...

There are too many to remember. . .

Seems like legs and back training always has me blacking out, losing vision/hearing, and barfing.

ass to floor squats

in power rack, with 185 to 225. i went down all the way to the bottom come up half way to parallel, then repeat. did three sets to failure, first set was 25 to 30 reps, last set i couldnt get more than 15. back wasnt sore, but my hamstrings and butt were really sore for five days afterwards. this might be deleterious to walking upright if done too often.

2 summers ago

day 1: bench, pushups, flies
day 2: curls

alternate every day, max out on bench each time without making progress. I did massive sets on pushups...like 10 sets of 20 reps or something rediculous like that. 8 sets of flies...who knows.

Weighed about 112 or so

no joke that was my routine...typed out and everything lol

High rep squats will do it.

You know that puking and dizzy feeling you get after squatting a lot? I can usually get that from just working on my biceps. I can go to the gym for 20mins and do non-stop curls. Pretty much pass out after that. Did it once or twice. :D

20rep squats in HS or 10sets of 10 , Basic training, 20sets on DE day with a SSB and 365-405, and road marches in basic on Agony and Misery in KY.

I like to keep all my workouts a little nuts. If I know I can double 600, then I'll go to 605 and try to triple it. And I'll make bets with myself. I'll say "if I can't do this, then I have to go down to 455 for 2 sets to failure." Shit like that helps me keep my edge.
