Flex wheeler was also notoriously known for half assing it(relatively speaking) and couldve been even better than he was. You have to get in at the very least 3 good clean meals. Graze a bit and a shake. And thats the bare minimum and being very lenient. Those gainers are full of sugar and really have a shit nutrient profile. Most would say that what i said [emoji121] there isnt even enuf. Frankly, if u wanna do this get ur shit together, count ur macros, and eat some food! If you're trying to shortcut ur training etc as well you're just wasting ur time and good drugs. I SAY THIS WILL ALL DUE RESPECT and not to be an asshole

oh you'll gain weight alright... a lot of fucking fat and not to mention you will do a number on yourself internally as well...

don't worry about what flex wheeler does or any other person who is a pro. if you wanted to play football on the weekend with your buddies down the street would you call up your buddy the night before and say "hey Tom brady does this to get ready for the game".. that would be silly, so why do people want to follow what pro bodybuilders do? makes no sense

when i interviewed mr olympia competitor charles griffin i connected the dots that his brother was everson griffin.. yeah the DT for the vikings who had just signed a 80M contract. you think that was a coincidence that one brother is a pro bodybuilder and one is a pro NFL player? of course not it is genetics.

if you follow what these pros EAT you will not only get fat, but you will shorten your lifespan tremendously. so stop worrying what they do. you do you bro

That's a pretty shitty plan. You'll gain a lot of fat and it would be extremely expensive. Why in the world would it even be a consideration? Who doesnt like to eat??
