I was lifting today and it was so annoying, i kept getting a cramp in the arch of my foot. If any of yall have ever gotten one of those, you know how much they hurt. Your toes curl, and you have to sit there and stretch your arch out. I would do that, and then when i let my arch relax again it would cramp back up. It kept going for about 10 minutes. Does anyone know why my foot kept cramping?
