Thanks you guys!!! I love you all!!!!! :heart:

Im done with class for the day... now I have to study for a huge exam tomorrow... its nice out so I got the blankie and the food all ready. Im out..... :)

In the meantime... I hope everyone is having a good hump day today.... I like wednesdays b/c when a Wed. is over.... the worst part of my week is over. When Thursday comes around... the weekend is right around the corner and its smooooooth sailing (lol). WHat can I say, Ive become an optimist all of a sudden. -->Proof that a little sunlight does a body good :)

*** Im craving MILK :chomp: BUT no dairy for me.... at least not for 3 more weeks. THen, I will probably drown in a bath tub sized bowl of cereal (most likely honey bunches of oats or cheerios... I like Kashi too... yummy)
 
7:30am: 1hr cardio+30min abs
9am: 1/2c oatmeal, 1c egg beaters
11:30am: 1scoop whey
1:30pm: 1/4c brown rice, 1/2c red kidney beans, 1 can Tuna
3pm: 1/2c oatmeal, 5oz. chicken breast
4pm: LEGS
Squat: 65lbs 4 sets of 15
Lunges: 20lbs 4sets of 15
Extensions: 25lbs 4 sets of 15
Leg Curl: 25lbs 4 sets of 15

6pm: 3/4 C egg beaters, 1c broccoli, 1 small bananna
9pm: 2c broccoli, 2TBS flax, 5oz. chicken breast

How did the test go?

It was ok.... this one was actually hard b/c every question had very similar answers... so it was hard to distinguish the right one. I had to know the book by heart literally. I think I did good.... but not sure. I have 4 HUGE papers/projects due next week so im swampd for the weekend :worried:

1:30pm: 1c broccoli, 3/4c egg beaters
4:30pm: 5oz. chicken breast, 1c broccoli

*I just got my free-posing routine done. Im trying to memorize the darn thing in my head first then practice practice practice..... I at least want the trophy for best posing :)

****My legs are killing meeeeee ... Yesterday's leg day kicked my butt! I started the high rep/lower weight exercises and finally dropped the leg press and added in lunges (something I shouldve done in the start but I have knee prolems so I was scared.... -->stupid girl!)

****** Oh shit so much homework to do! :worried:
6pm: 1hr cardio... IM TIRED!!!!
7:30pm: 5oz. Tilapia (grilled w. mrs.dash)
10:30pm: 1scoop protein

Are you kidding me? You think you are fat? I have just looked at your pictures, from where you started till now! You can see immense changes you have worked hard to where you are now!!!! Get rid of that negative stuff, you are hawt! Great job!!!

Thanks hun. Its hard for me as far as any kind of self asteem goes b/c I started being really overweight as a small child and all through school... then in HS I got sick with an eating disorder and got really skinny THE WRONG WAY. Then in college I started to get smarter... I decided to go to school to be a Nutritionist so that I can one day open a clinic for eating disorders and help men/women who struggle through life.... and recently just got into lifting weights and DIET and Im trying to attempt to do a BB show... HOW THAT HAPPENED i donno.... mostly my boyfriend. But, any day that goes by that I dont feel bad or guilty about eating ... is a good day. im just happy Im done with all that.... I hope that after the show I can learn some things that will help me make the right diet/training choices throughout the rest of my life so I can FINALLY be happy with how I look.

*I cant wait to post BEFORE(the very first pic taken in Feb.) and AFTER pics(day of the show)!!!!! :qt:
