So one thing at a time ehh??? LOL so easy to say the words but so difficult to do!!! Im making good progress.... lots of things to take care of this week!
6:30am: 1hr cardio+30 min abs
8am: 1/4c oatmeal, 4 egg whites
10am: 1/4c oatmeal,4 egg whites
12pm: 1 plain rice cake
1:30pm: 1/2c brown rice, 1 can tuna
