Sleeping in felt great today :)

11:30am: 1/2c oatmeal, 1c egg beaters
2:30pm:1c egg beaters, 2c broccoli
4pm:1hr cardio
5pm: 1 scoop protein
8pm: 5oz. Tilapia, 2TBS flax
11pm: 1scoop whey

Hey ... yea, Im two weeks out :)

Right now Im busy with homework and trying to figure out my carb/water deplete .. going over the routine. ... lots of things tossing around in my head :p !!!!

***Any words of advice? SInce you just did the whole competing thing ... and kicked butt !!!!

4:30pm: 5oz. chicken breast, 1/2c green pepper, 1/2c onion
7:30: 5oz. Tilapia fish
10pm: 1scoop protein

How is every thing going? School, getting ready for comp? The questions you were asking before, what did you decide?

I'll be honest.. everything SUX right now. Im under a LOT of pressure but trying to stay calm. Im doing HW right now.. trying to get all these darn projects and papers done for this week and next week. Going over posing (in my head for now LOL)... school is too much at the moment. At least I dont have an appetite so im not being an emotional eater like I ususally would be.

As far as taking anything... someone should kick me in the head for even asking. __-___-___ *I will stick to diet and training ONLY* ___-___-___ :)

One thing at a time. Take a deep breath. Walk away from whatever has you stressed for a little bit, go refresh and then try it again. It'll be ok!

I would say try to breath, but I don't think you can. Do you have a daytimer? Take some time out, if you can, write down all the things you have to get done, and schedule time in for posing and everything else. Sounds like you wouldn't have time to eat if you wanted to.

and as far as you asking, don't worry about that, everybody will or would at some time think about it!
