For maintaining at your contest weight or are you planning on not staying 130-135? If you want to maintain at 130, your range should be 1300-1600 calories a day- whatever works best for you.
The baseline is usually 40/30/30 - but you can tweek that to whatever your body responds to most effectively. I know, I'm not giving you much here, huh?!?!
THanks !!!! 1300-1600 is great... once I add in a variety of food it will be even BETTER 40/30/30 sounds good as well. I think I will try some things and figure out what works for me.
