Countdown to Competition Log......

8am: 1hr. cardio+30 min abs

9:30am: 1/2c oatmeal(cinnamon+splenda), 6 egg whites(vit.c,multi,calcium)
11:30am: ~5oz. turkey breast, 1TBS mustard, lettuce/onion
2:30pm: 1can tuna, 1/2c brown rice
4:30pm: 8oz. chicken breast, 1c broccoli
5pm: triceps/shoulder
6pm: 1hr posing session
7pm: 6oz. Tilapia fish grilled w. 1tsp lemon juice,mrs.dash,mustard,1c broccoli
9pm: shake before bed :) (slow digesting 100% whey)

hello everyone. I just thought I'd wish everyone a GOOD week. I've been busy with training and school (lots of tests this week :worried: ) so I havent been on here as much but Ive been trying my best to keep up with everyones logs.

The posing session went well.....just thought Id mention that my EX workout partner EX friend has dropped out of the competition. Now.... its time for the "I TOLD YOU SOOOOO" (in an evil voice).... looks like the clen (which by the way was incorporated with a CRAPPY diet and no taurine!!!) didnt help her out at all. Gee...wonder why ??

Also, I was wondering WHO keeps playing with the little 'label' under my name??? :)

-->one day it says good broly, then amateur BB, then the amateur crossed out...and now im an amateur again. HOW DOES THIS WORK>>? lol

Im off to bed....hope everyone has a good HUMP DAY tomorrow.

GURL ... I think one of Mr B's Friends, is going to see one of HIS friends on the day on your show... it HAS to be the same show... I'll have to check... :)
 
HI Aries!! Just wanted to stop by and wish you luck on all of your tests this week!! You are looking good and I am so happy to hear that the posing session went well for you. Bummer that your friend dropped out, but now it is time to show her how it is REALLY done naturally! ;)

....im so nervous....its weird but when we all first started the competition prep, there were 12 girls who were gonna do the show. Now, THERE IS ONLY 3(including me). I dont understand..... my trainer said that most of the girls cheated too much on the diet and the rest would say that they dont want to lift weights b/c they "dont wanna get too big"... WTF??> what is wrong with women these days? :p

Thanks...the karma worked b.c I feel better. This new birth control is sending me in spirals of emotions..plus the diet...plus the training...its all good now though. I saw my trainer this morning and she said she is very pleased with my results so far :)

That can be a nightmare when hormones and other things are out of control!!!

No cardio this morning (dang it!) ...I did not wake up on time :(

1:30pm: ~8oz. chicken breast, 1c broccoli, 2TBS sugar free/cal free dressing,1/2 c red kidney beans
3:30pm: ~1oz. nuts(peanuts+almonds unsalted)
