I eat about 300 every other week of redmeat and chicken, salmon. if you go to costco they have a shit load of meat and it is fairly cheap. they have these bags of salmon for like 15 bucks and its 35gm protien for one filet. Well chuck maybe but thats easy to down.
I like the twiced baked potato idea. Gunna have to buy some of that shit.
