Cost of food during cycle

How much you yall spend on average during a cycle?? I went today and got some food and spent 15 dollars on meats and good carbs which the meat will last me today and the carbs only a few days.?? Just wondering how much yall spend.
 
Just eat a lot of _ussy it wont cost you anything. No just messing with you. I usually buy bulk chicken breasts and top round London Broil. Sometimes I get it for as low as 2 bucks per pound. So if you eat 2 pounds of meat a day thats 4 bucks a day. Oats run about 50 cents a day for 2 dry cups. Another 50 cets for 2 yams and about a buck for rice. 6 eggs cost about a buck and a couple bucks for whey and other suplements. Not a bad budget.

At least $25 a day easy.(red meat, fish, chicken every day)

Ok I eat like Jaws so in order to keep my food bill DOWN I shop at 4 different stores to get what I need.

Costco: Eggs 5 dozen packs, milk 2 gal pack, meat IF on sale, nuts, bulk

Sprouts Health food store for produce and meat IF on sale, bulk pasta, bulk rice, bulk oatmeal, bulk bulk bulk

2 Normal food stores to pick up other things and meat IF on sale.

Extra Freezer works great when the stores super sale meat I fill that bastard up like its Y2K!

Yea bud eating heathly cost. Its messed up that you can eat like crab for cheap but to eat right it cost you. My wife and I just talked about this same subject
 
500 a month is a base..then its extra trips every week for random shit to.so its more like 600-700 a month.
and thats just food.not including sups..O wait I dont pay for sups thank god.lol
 
When my girl gets paid! Sushi 2 times a week (eat out). Costco chicken breasts (frozen) jumbo pack. Twice baked baked potatoes (3 cheese) 10/wk. Cottage cheese. Tons of Tuna. Eggs. 6 steaks/wk. I love food. Addicted to food more than the gym.
 
I eat about 300 every other week of redmeat and chicken, salmon. if you go to costco they have a shit load of meat and it is fairly cheap. they have these bags of salmon for like 15 bucks and its 35gm protien for one filet. Well chuck maybe but thats easy to down.

I like the twiced baked potato idea. Gunna have to buy some of that shit.
 
$200 EW +- (this includes $50 EW on eating out, and no, pussy isn't what i'm referring to. fortunately that's free :)

For some reason $25 a day seems high. Chicken breasts at 8oz for 6 meals would run about $15 at 4.99 per pound. Protein shakes work out to something around $1 per shake right? A couple scoops of PB, some oatmeal, black beans, fruit....Sirloin steak is 6.99 per pound at a butcher.....

Maybe I need to add up a typical day for me. It just seems cheaper than that. Guys need to stop adding in the once a week rub-n-tug to the lunch bill. That's making the daily average high.
 
150-200a week.. i eat like a king all good cuts of steak...steak tips, ny serloin, tbone and of course filet M. if you go to super walmart you can get 2 filets wrapped in baconfor $5(i use to take the bacon off but currently lovin the keto diet). and they are delish!! i usally buy all that they have....

There's something you don't know buddy. And you must be aware of if you wanna grow. You don't eat more just on cycle. You eat more and more forever. The difference, off cycle you might have to modify the diet a little bit but the amounts of nutrients your body needs is the same. A 140 pounds dude, needs way less daily food than a 200 pounds dude (in terms of muscle mass, not the fatty cows we see ed on the streets)

Remember Big muscles is a deformation of the body. Human body is not designed to carry huge amounts of muscle naturally. That's why if you stop training and stop eating big and stop drugs, body will burn all the unnecessary muscle, will preserve fat, and internal organs. And that's why, if you're off cycle, you can workout all you want but if you don't keep eating big, your body will start burning muscle.
 
Thanks man...Ill make sure ill remember all that when i look at my RN degree with minor in nutrition!!

I just wanted to know how much yall spent because i was spending alot!
