i'm looking for a new routine thats sorta like this one...can you help me out please?

Give me a little more info.

?Why do you want to change?

Stale?? Sore Joints?

Theres nothing wrong with it, I just want to keep things fresh at all times...

Should I stick with it until I stop making strength gains

Finish up with program for this week.

Tell me if you want a similar program for next week or somethinh totally different

9 lbs in a month and outrageously improved strength, you say? other than this training, whats your diet like? if what you say is true, i might hit this up for a few weeks.

16 people on the program have ALL averaged 2 pounds per week

holy crap dude. i think im gonna try it out. should i just eat as i normally do? normally for me right now is like 4 meals a day, consisting of high protein. protein shake after workout + 5g glutamine. like 2 or 3 pints of milk. anything else i feel like snacking on. right now im at 166, up from 160 for a long time. so, what do you suggest? should i jump right into it on my next workout? or wait until this weeks routine is done with? and could you help me with out the sets and reps? like, how heavy should i go? its safe to assume not to do it light. but, for instance, benching ... my max is about 245 right now, and i can do a set for 8 with 205. should i try 5 sets of 5 with 205? or increase the weight accordingly? im really eager to try out this program. id appreciate any and all help. if you need me to post my email address, i will.

ohh btw...my diet was never really good before i started this program and i was a skinny bitch...still sorta am...

so i've been eating all CLEAN foods i can get my hands on in like 6 meals a day...

crazy strength gains =D

GL - follow the sets as written.

Try for 5x5 with 205 on bench.

Follow a good diet - eat as much as possible.
