Looking to gain strength above all else (and gaining some weight would be nice too!).
Day 1
OH Press 5@4-6
Squat 5@10-12
Seat Calf 3@15-20
Abs
Day 2
Pull Ups 5@4-6 (bascially now AMAP for sets 2-5)
Str Leg Deads 4@10-12
BB Curls 3@8-10
Stand Calf 3@15-20
Day 3
Bench Press 5@4-6
Shrug 4@4-6
French Press 3@8-10
Deads 4@10-12
Farmers Walk
Abs
Basically I plan on doing this Mon, Wed, Fri with Sat and Sun off. What I really need to know is:
1. Is the sets x reps sufficient, especially for legs?
2. Is there anything I'm missing that would help increase strength more?
3. I've done straight leg deads in the past and wasn't too crazy about them. No pain, but just didn't "click" I guess you could say. Where should I be feeling them? Lower back and hams?
Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
