A couple guys I workout with are doing a contest in the middle of June, and they are on me hard to do it with them. I have never competed before, but always wondered if I could (you know, without embarassing myself). I work with one of the guys, and he says he can get me where I need to be by then. I have already been dieting like a mofo for about 14 weeks now, and actually since December I have dropped from 21% bf to 13.1% bf (as of yesterday).
I am looking for detailed info on what I will have to do as far as the final weeks leading up to the contest if I do decide to give it a try. Currently I am on tren, a cycle of ECA/Trex/Clen (10 days each) and planned on adding T-3 (tappered of course, and low dose, just as a kicker to the diet)for the last 4 weeks of the tren (starting next week)(I was trying to get 6%bf by pool season). I had planned to be well into my pct by the time this contest would roll around, and dont really want to extend the cycle any.....so I'd be rebounding/natural by that time.
Just kinda looking for feedback from those who have or do compete. Looking for some info, maybe a link to some good sites ect. And just everyones overall experiences with it.
